Your Agent Console HQ subscription covers the platform, your agent runs, and the AI models we power on your behalf. However, a small number of agents connect directly to third-party services - and those providers charge separately for API access.
These are always clearly marked in the Marketplace with a £ API cost badge. You will never be surprised - if an agent requires an external key, it will tell you before you can run it, and it will not run until you've connected that provider here.
Examples of additional costs: Perplexity charges from ~$5/mo for API access; Xero and QuickBooks charge for their own subscriptions; Buffer has a free tier (3 channels, 10 posts each). Some providers - like HubSpot - offer genuinely free API tiers that cover most use cases.

How AI Visibility Tracking works
On your chosen schedule, we send brand-relevant prompts to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Grok - the same questions your customers are asking AI. We then analyse every response to see if your brand is mentioned, recommended, or missing entirely. Each response gets a score: 3 (directly mentioned), 1 (related brand found), or 0 (not found). Your overall score is the average across all prompts and platforms.
The more consistently you appear across platforms, the higher your visibility score. As our agents optimise your content, you'll see this number climb over time.
