Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan gives you 20,000 credits a month to use without entering any payment details. When you upgrade to a paid plan, your card is only charged if you continue after your first billing period.
What is a credit?
A credit is the smallest unit of agent work. Content, social and email post agents cost 100 credits per run. SEO Analyser is 500 credits per page. SEO Fixer is 1,000 credits per page. The AI Visibility check is the premium action at 20,000 credits, because it runs five AI platforms across nine prompts in one go. Everything draws from the same monthly pool, so you spend it however suits you - Pro's 150,000 credits covers about seven full visibility checks a month alongside plenty of content and SEO work.
What's the difference between Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise?
Free (£0, no card) gives you all 44 agents working on one business, 20,000 monthly credits for the everyday agents, plus one free AI Visibility check every 2 months across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. Pro (£19/mo) adds 150,000 credits, visibility checks on demand from your credits (about 7 a month), competitor tracking and score alerts. Business (£89/mo) adds up to 5 businesses, 700,000 credits (about 35 checks), white-label dashboards and HubSpot/Zapier/Xero. Enterprise (£179/mo) gives you up to 25 businesses, 2,000,000 credits (about 100 checks), a dedicated support manager with a 2-hour SLA, hands-on onboarding, and priority access to new agents, with single sign-on, Salesforce and custom webhooks on the roadmap (Salesforce Q4 2026). Every plan includes all 44 agents - you upgrade for more credits, more businesses and more integrations, not more agents.
What happens when I run out of credits?
There's no postpaid overage. You have three options: upgrade your plan to a higher tier, buy a one-off top-up pack (from £5 for 5,000 credits up to £349 for 500,000), or wait for your monthly reset. You can also opt in to auto-recharge in account settings. Because the AI Visibility check draws from the same pool, running low on credits simply means fewer checks until your reset.
Why does the AI Visibility check cost so many credits?
It's the most expensive thing we run - one full check queries all five AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok) across nine prompts, so it's 45+ AI queries in a single run. That's why it draws 20,000 credits while a content draft is only 100. Everything runs from one pool, so the check is simply the biggest single draw - you're never billed a surprise, you just watch your balance.
When do credits expire?
Subscription credits renew monthly with your billing cycle and don't roll over - any unused credits at the end of the month are reset. Top-up pack credits don't expire and stay on your account until used.
What if my subscription renewal fails?
You get a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. After that, your plan downgrades to Free and your credit allowance drops accordingly. You won't lose your data or settings - just upgrade again to restore your previous plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel instantly from your dashboard with no fees or lock-in. Any unused credits in your current billing period are not refunded but you keep access until the end of the period.

Is the annual plan charged upfront?
Yes. Annual billing charges 12 months upfront at the discounted rate, saving you around 20% versus monthly. Top-up packs are billed separately as one-off purchases.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the difference is prorated for your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
